I only rant about politics, and stupid drivers, never about art.
I have no desire to make my work pay for itself.
My ambition is to be known not rich.

I channel my energy into works on paper.
It looks like you put some energy into your art! I don't rant about art either but I did have non art things to rant about :-) I hope you get your wish to be known. I know an artist who wants to be known and to work at a professor. Her art is the way to the professorship.

DeleteWOW Maggie - Rant Too is incredibly powerful, as are your sentiments on railing against outside forces that effect you - rather than the work you do yourself. I think it's a perfect way to focus any negative feelings and turn it into a positive - through channeling your energy into works on paper. Bravo!
